Laser-Cut Maze Designer

Design a marble maze and export an SVG for laser cutting: a base plate plus wall pieces with tab feet.

Help & how it works

Settings

Size

Maze size: 150 × 150 mm

One fixed cell size, used the same on every maze you make, is what guarantees a same-numbered piece from any board is truly identical to one from any other — see standardized piece sizes.

Material & cut

Every wall is built from standardized pieces (labeled by size, not a unique number) with tab feet — how assembly works →

Start & end

Reference only, not cut — place the marble by hand and lift it out at the end.

Generation

Last seed used: –

Reloading the page (or generating again) always makes a new random layout unless a seed is set here.

Work area (optional)

Set these if your laser bed is limited — you'll get a warning if the cut sheet grows too large.

Preview — maze

Click a wall line to toggle it — e.g. to open your own entrance/exit, or a shortcut. No physical opening is needed for start/end, you just place the marble there and lift it out at the end.

Cut sheet

This is the file you download: the same maze, unfolded into a base plate and individual wall pieces.
